Dave is passionate to see people saved from sin and transformed by the Holy Spirit to become like Jesus Christ in every way a human being can be. He considers it a privilege to have served as an elder, pastor, and counsellor at our church since 2015. Dave graduated from Faith Bible Seminary in Lafayette, Indiana (M. Div 2010). He has since completed two graduate-level certificate programs offered by the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation (CCEF). He is certified for biblical counselling as a member of the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC).

As it is customary to select a favourite wilderness activity upon moving to Squamish, Dave has chosen trail running, day hiking, and stand-up paddleboarding as the most cost-effective ways to enjoy the great outdoors.
